We answer emails in the order they are received and we try to respond as promptly as possible. We mostly reply within 24 hours of receiving an email, but if there is an increased volume of inquiries it may take us 2-3 business days to get back to you. To help us respond to you faster, please only send one email per inquiry.
Of course! We're happy to honor price adjustments up to 3 days after you've placed an order. If an item goes on sale within 3 days of your purchase, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we'll adjust the price.
Once an order is placed, our warehouse staffs can pack and ship out your order within 24 hours, so it's not always possible to process address change requests. If you notice an error, please email us ASAP with your name and order # so we can try to make correction(s) to your package before it departs. There's no guarantee we can make it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we'll do everything we can!
Order processing times are between 3~5 business days after the day you placed your order. Most packages are prepared within 48 hours, but if our warehouse is exceptionally backed up processing times may go up to 7 business days following the day you placed your order. If your order has been processing for more than 7 business days, please contact us at email@example.com and we'll help you out.
Our warehouse processes and ships out all orders Mondays-Fridays (excluding major holidays). After placing your order, your package should be shipped out within 1~2 business days after your order is placed, and you will receive an email with the tracking number soon after. Depending on where you live, packages are delivered within 5~7 days from the date of shipment. Delivery timeframes therefore fall within 7~14 business days from the moment you place your order. We add signature confirmation on orders over $100. If you are not able to sign & receive the package at the shipping address, you will be left with a missed delivery notice from shipping firm which you can take to your local office and pick up the package yourself with signature.

In the event that any of your items are out of stock, we will send you an email to let you know when we expect to have the items shipped out by. If the items are not expected to be re-stocked within 2 weeks, we will just automatically refund you for those items.
If you are not 100% happy or satisfied for any reason after receiving our products, we give you 30 days to get a full refund, exchange or store credit. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed information and procedure.
